At the end of your day, apply some paste of baking soda and water to the entire feet and rub gently. After it dries, rinse off with cold water and dry your feet. It is important to keep your feet dry as the tinea fungus grows in moist atmosphere.


Garlic for Athlete’s Foot

Garlic is a natural antibiotic which possesses anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. It is because of these properties that it is recommended to consume garlic in winters and add it in everyday meal. To combat Athlete’s Foot, crush a clove of garlic and add a tablespoon of honey. Add water in the amounts so that it can be easily drunk. Drink this mixture twice a day and you should be able to witness a noticeable change.


Grapefruit Seed Extract for Athlete’s Food
