    Hi thanks for this. I had not heard about artichokes being good for liver.

    I love artichokes and I think I will start adding them to additional meals ( I don’t buy them a lot)

    This is great to “food for thought”

      You’re very welcome! Some people also prefer to buy them canned and wash off the “can juice” to save time with cooking..
